THE PROPERTY

One of my lifelong goals as a Martial artist and as an instructor was/is to have my dojo on my personal property. I feel this is an advantage for not only me as a Sensei but also for the students. While I require dues to be paid monthly, this environment allows for greater depth of training as no one is limited by any aspect of the commercial dojo and it's financial restraints. We are free to train to whatever etent is possible and desired.

For the Dojo on the property we picked a yurt, as it is a very environmentally sound structure that is economical as well as geometrically esoteric. By this I mean  we thought to attempt to restore the notion of quality of design and simple function. This yurt is perfect for our needs and you can read ore about that elsewhere on my site.

The property has the yurt/dojo, a hot tub room complete with treatment room. We have quest quarters and of course all the animals for you to enjoy or if need be ignore!

We hope by doing what we have done to present a much broader teaching setting that encompasses not only the martial arts but shows us ways to reconnect to nature and all her animals. Also, we are putting a great emphasis on proper nutrition so we have a great out door cooking and eating area. All in all we are very excited at what we are being able to offer.
